Small-Group Year-End Party for 10–30 Guests at The Wann Saigon

Small-Group Year-End Party for 10–30 Guests at The Wann Saigon

Not every company needs to rent an entire banquet hall for its year-end party. For a department, a project team or a start-up of a few dozen people, what matters most is sitting together, eating well, having music that lifts the mood and not worrying about logistics. The Wann at 74–76 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Saigon Ward, is a natural fit for this kind of small-group celebration.

Why a table party works for 10–30 people

In a small group, everyone can actually talk to each other. Instead of a stage, a podium and scattered round tables, the whole team sits in one area, orders dishes to share and raises a glass together. The manager doesn't need a microphone, and new colleagues settle in much more easily.

Costs are easier to control too. You can choose a set combo by headcount or order à la carte, with no hall rental or stage decoration fees.

How The Wann suits a small year-end party

The Wann opens at 6 PM every day. The early evening is dinner time with soft background music, ideal for eating, chatting and looking back on the year. From 9 PM, the DJ and dancers take the stage and the mood turns lively for those who want to stay on.

Depending on group size, our team will suggest a suitable area:

  • Groups of about 10–15 can sit at a row of joined tables close to the stage.
  • Groups of 20–30 can take a dedicated section away from the main walkway.
  • Groups wanting more privacy can ask about the VIP area or a private room when booking.

A suggested evening plan

6:30 to 7 PM – Everyone arrives, takes a few photos and orders. Pre-ordering means food arrives as soon as people sit down.

7 to 8:30 PM – The main part of the party. The team lead can give a short thank-you, hand out small gifts or run a lucky draw at the table.

From 9 PM – The DJ starts. Anyone who needs to leave early can head home, while the rest keep the party going. This two-part rhythm works for both quiet types and party lovers.

What to order for a small group

The Wann's menu features Asian and European dishes, vegetarian options, light bites, beer combos, wine, spirits and cocktails. For larger groups, the easiest approach is a few main dishes to share, some snacks to nibble on throughout the evening and a drinks combo for the table. If anyone is vegetarian or doesn't drink alcohol, let us know in advance.

You can browse the full menu on our website before booking, so your group can agree on a budget.
